Superthread is a remote company headquartered in London.

Our mission is to build The Fastest Collaborative Software Ever Made (over 20 times faster than Jira and Confluence).

We’re looking for an enthusiastic head of growth to join our global team to own global adoption of Superthread.

  • Own the go-to-market.
  • Develop and refine the value proposition: own the positioning.
  • Deliver consistent messages across all the channels.
  • Work with the design lead to produce high quality marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with devs.
  • Become part of the product development and provide feedback to the rest of theteam.
  • Find out what customers want.
  • Gradually take on a leadership role and eventually coach and mentor product growthjuniors.
  • Be the driver in helping Superthread convert companies from old, clanky, unintuitiveand stodgy software onto Superthread.
  • You have a strong dislike of crappy software services.
  • You are an excellent communicator when it comes to both written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • You thrive with autonomy and independence.
  • You have strong experience B2B marketing and marketing to devs.
  • You have experience in growing a new successful product.●You are creative yet you like data.
  • You have technical knowhow when it comes to executing marketing campaigns.
